REGISTRATION

Registration begins on June 22nd, 2025 at 1 p.m. CEST (GMT + 2).

The registration link will appear on the website and on Facebook.

1. By filling out and submitting this registration, the registering person is confirming his or her intent to participate in Dragon Swing Festival 2025.
2. All the participants during the Festival agree to these Terms and Conditions, to the Privacy Policy and to the instructions given by the Organizers and other persons involved in the Festival.
3. By filling out and submitting his registration, the registrant agrees to processing of personal data by the Dragon Swing organizers as necessary for the completion of the registration process as permitted by law - in accordance with the Act of the 29th of September 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Dz. U. nr 133 poz. 883) and RODO - Regulation of the European Parliament and of the European Union Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / WE.
4. The priority in taking part in the Festival belongs to participants registering as a couple, except participants registering for Solo Track. These individuals have to fill the form separately and put their partners’ name in the corresponding box.
5. Filling the registration form does not guarantee the participation in the Festival. After submitting the form, the participant will receive an e-mail confirming the registration. The final confirm of the participation is made by making a payment. If you will not receive a confirmation email, please report it by sending a message on registration@dragonswing.pl or info@dragonswing.pl
6. After receiving information about the payment, the registrant has 3 days in which to make the payment. Making a payment is a guarantee of place in the options chosen by the participant during registration.
7. In order to finalize the reservation of a spot at the Full Pass or Party Pass the registrant should pay  the whole required amount or an advance payment in the amount indicated by the organizer. The remaining half is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
8. The Organizers cover the cost of transfer the money only in one case: when the payment is made by bank transfer in SEPA format.
9. Payments can be made in EUR or PLN. In the case of payment in PLN, the amount to be paid will be converted from EUR to PLN at the current exchange rate.
10. If within 3 days a registrant does not pay, his or her registration may be cancelled.
    1. If a registrant decides to cancel his/her registration for Dragon Swing 2025 then:
    2. If this occurs within 7 days of payment (except the situation described in point d) the sum will be reimbursed after deducting bank fees
    3. If this occurs more than 7 days after payment – the payment will not be reimbursed.
    4. If the participant finds someone who is interested in buying the full or party pass, then it is possible to sell the pass, but the person who will buy the pass must participate in the workshops in the same role.
    5. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the beginning of the festival, the organizers will not refund the money.

11. The number of spaces in each group at the workshops is limited. In the case that space runs out - or a high imbalance between leads and follows in any given group, registrants can be put on a waiting list.
12. The Dragon Swing organizers do not take responsibility for accidents or losses, thefts or harm that occur to participants at Dragon Swing for whatever reason, unless such harm comes from the fault of the Dragon Swing organizers.
13. The organizers make every effort to ensure the safety of the festival participants. It is forbidden to take any action that may pose a threat to the life, health or safety of people taking part in festival events. Inappropriate behavior such as discrimination based on gender, age, disability, race, nationality, religion, appearance, sexual orientation, etc. will not be accepted at the festival. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, or you have noticed an unacceptable behavior, please contact the organizers, volunteers or other people who are involved in the festival’s service. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. 14. The Dragon Swing organizers do not take responsibility for chance events (e.g. illness of instructors) and their consequences.
15. The Dragon Swing organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the schedule before and through the duration of Dragon Swing 2025.
16. Each participant is required to wear a wristband throughout the festival. The band is an entry ticket to all festival activities.
17. The Dragon Swing organizers reserve the right to use any photographs and film taken during Dragon Swing 2025 for promotional reasons.
18. The Dragon Swing organizers are required to commit to all efforts in guaranteeing all participants an awesome time at Dragon Swing 2025.
